Initiate Request
Log in to your Unbed App account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your electronic device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and reset its data, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
